Financing options

Business loan

The purpose of a business loan is to finance investments and launch new projects. A company can use a business loan to finance:
  • purchase of fixed assets (machinery, equipment, fixtures)
  • building works (construction of new premises and renovation of old ones)
  • acquisition of circulating capital

Terms and conditions

  • Amount: from 6,500
  • Term: up to 10 years
  • Interest rate:
    - 6 month Euribor + risk fee
    - fixed interest rate
  • Service fee: up to 1% of the loan amount to be issued, minimum 175
  • Collateral: mortgage on real estate, commercial pledge on the company’s movable property or pledge on a term deposit at Danske Bank
  • Accepted as additional collateral:
    - surety of a legal entity or natural person
    - pledge on securities in Danske Bank
    - KredEx guarantee
  • Loan repayment and interest payments: according to the agreed schedule

Overdraft

A short-term credit limit that makes financing a company’s current assets more flexible. An overdraft is suitable for:

  • covering unexpected outgoings
  • smoothing irregular cash flows

Terms and conditions

  • Amount: from €6,500
  • Term: up to 1 year
  • Interest rate: EONIA + risk fee
  • Limit fee: 2% of the unused loan balance per year
  • Service fee: up to 1% of the loan limit, minimum €175
  • Collateral: mortgage on real estate, commercial pledge on the company’s movable property or pledge on a term deposit at Danske Bank
  • Accepted as additional collateral:
    - surety of a legal entity or natural person
    - pledge on securities in Danske Bank
  • Loan repayment and interest payments: interest must only be paid on the overdraft amount that has been used, i.e. on the negative balance of the current account at end of day. A limit fee is paid on the unused part of the limit.

Revolving credit limit

A revolving credit limit is meant for short-term financing of working capital. The loan amount can be used repeatedly within the scope of the agreed limit and term. It is suitable for:

  • short-term financing of projects or seasonal business activities
  • financing of recurring deliveries of goods

Terms and conditions

  • Amount: from €400,000
  • Term: up to 5 years
  • Interest rate: 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 month Euribor + risk fee
  • Service fee: up to 1% of the amount of loan limit, minimum €175
  • Collateral: mortgage on real estate, commercial pledge on the company’s movable property or pledge on a term deposit at Danske Bank
  • Loan disbursement, repayment, and interest payments: the loan repayments and interest payments are made according to the agreed schedule. The loan limit can be used several times, i.e. the limit recovers by the amount that has been repaid and can be used as a loan again.
