Danske Bank to reduce services

Danske Bank is now focused on serving subsidiaries of Nordic corporate customers and international corporations in the Baltic States.

Due to the withdrawal of local companies from our bank, we can no longer offer our customers all services in the same volume as before. For instance, the number of Danske Bank Link service users will reduce, which means that, in the future, it will not be possible for you to use it to pay for goods and services in many e-commerce portals (e.g. to purchase cinema or ferry tickets). The number of our partners whose e-invoices could previously be paid in our eBank on the basis of a standing order agreement will also reduce.

Local companies and private banking customers will be exiting the segment gradually. Due to our chosen strategy, we will not be entering into new service agreements and are planning to gradually stop offering everyday banking products in the course of 2018.
