  • Switch of funds

    The switch of investment fund units is a change of the units of one investment fund to another new investment fund units without payment. Switch is applicable only in case of investment funds of „Danske Invest Fund Management Ltd“. (Finland).

    Calculation of the switch fee
    To switch funds, the securities account must contain a certain amount in euro that will be reserved for the switch fee. In case of switch only the redemption fee is charged.The fee is calculated according to this formula: Fund units to be redeemed  x  Fund unit price at T-1 or T-2 in euro  x  redemption fee, %.

    T-date of the order
    Price at T-1 (one business day before) or T-2 (two business days before) is used because it is the latest known price.
    The reservation is valid until the settlement day (usually T+1).

    The exact amount of the redemption fee is determined on the settlement day.

    • If the actual redemption fee is smaller than the reserved amount, the difference will remain in the account.
    • If the actual redemption fee is higher than the reserved amount, the whole amount will be debited from the account or the missing amount recorded as a debt.

    Standing subscription order of the the investment funds’ units is a simple and convenient investment method (compared to others) that is suitable for both experienced investors and people who do not have large amounts of money or investing experience.
    The essence is simple: at time intervals that are chosen by the customer, the bank will invest a specified amount of money in investment funds of customer choice.
