I started my career at Danske Bank as a financial advisor in 2006.
I am now committed to offering and implementing the bank’s cash management solutions and guaranteeing daily support to clients. I’ve been the Head of Baltic Cash Management since 2017. In my work, I enjoy the strategic development of the area as well as the possibility to delve into details and offer working solutions to clients. I appreciate my colleagues a lot and get energy from the knowledge that as a team, we’re stronger than individuals.

What are we like?

The team of Danske Bank consists of smart and energetic colleagues.   • We’re eager to learn! We’re ready to constantly develop professionally and contribute to each other’s development. Constant self-development is supported by the quickly changing business environment, using new work methods and being an international organisation. At Danske Bank, everyone can test themselves as an in-house trainer and thereby contribute to the development of their colleagues.
  • We’re sporty! Our sports-loving employees have gathered under the flag of Danske Sports Club. Together, they participate at the regular Company Sports Games, often winning places on the pedestal. We support all of our employees who practice sports, organise joint training session and encourage our colleagues to be even more active.
  • We’re social! In addition to working together, we also enjoy each other’s company at other times, both in smaller teams and all colleagues together.

I have developed a lot professionally since I started working as a Relationship Manager for international corporates. In addition to professional knowledge, I have become more confident and learned to see the big picture. Cooperation and understanding the client’s needs and business interests is very important in a relationship manager’s work. Since the companies of our clients operate in several countries, we also cooperate closely with our Baltic and Nordic colleagues at Danske Bank. It’s good to know that we work together to find the best possible solutions for our clients.

Inspired by development

I started at Danske Bank as an IT monitoring specialist in 2010 and my task was to monitor the bank’s information systems and inform about faults. A few years later, I moved on to user support in Helpdesk. This job gave me excellent experience in helping and serving clients. I have been working as an IT security engineer at the Cyber Defence Centre of Group IT since 2017. This has opened the door to a completely new world for me. I influence the information security processes of our entire banking group in my work. As a member of a global team, I cooperate with professionals in Denmark, Lithuania and India. Participating in complicated projects with challenging deadlines gives me new knowledge, skills and experience every day. My professional development is supported by various training courses and the acquisition of professional certificates. The supportive environment offers every opportunity for being successful, you just have to show some initiative, suggest ideas and implement solutions.
