Changes to local business services
Danske Bank will focus exclusively on supporting subsidiaries of Nordic customers and global corporates. The changes concern the strategic decision to bring the bank’s local business activity into line with the Group’s strategy and these changes relate to our customer relationships with local business customers and private persons.
Based on the selected strategy, we are not able to continue provision of current services to you. We will not be entering into new service agreements and are planning to gradually stop offering everyday banking products in the course of 2018.
If you wish to terminate an existing service agreement with Danske Bank, you can apply to close your current account:
- by submitting a free-format application via the Danske eBank;
- by e-mailing a digitally signed application form to firstname.lastname@example.org;
- at nearest Danske Bank Business Centre.
You cannot close a current account if you have a valid loan or lease contract. In order to apply for premature termination of a credit agreement, we kindly ask you to contact your Relationship Manager or e-mail your wish to email@example.com.
